Through our fractional services, we often support clients through growth inflection points. When Interloop began working with Liz Saville – our founder – as a Fractional Chief of Staff, they had big plans.

Their goal was to prepare their company for investment or acquisition. Having Liz join the leadership team as their EOS integrator provided them with the strategic support to help them execute on their vision. When they began the process of being acquired by Atlantic, Tomorrow’s Office, they were glad they partnered in this way as it gave them peace of mind that the details would be taken care of throughout the due diligence and integration chapters of these companies.

At Process First, we love details. We love helping teams grow. For us, supporting in this capacity was a no-brainer.

The Challenge

Some companies are built to follow the path. Others are built to create it.

Interloop was firmly in the second category. They had the vision, momentum, and big goals required to scale—and they also understood something many visionary teams overlook: the need for an integrator who can translate big ideas into consistent execution.

Operating within the EOS framework, the leadership team recognized the gap between inspiration and implementation. To move confidently toward acquisition, they needed operational leadership that could bring structure, alignment, and accountability.

That’s exactly where Process First came in.

Putting Process First

We joined Interloop as their Fractional Chief of Staff and EOS integrator, embedding directly into their leadership cadence.

This meant:

  • Leading weekly L10 meetings to create alignment, visibility, and traction.

  • Partnering with the CEO to translate vision into a clear execution plan with priorities, owners, and timelines.

  • Managing due diligence and integration preparation throughout the acquisition process.

In short: we wore the integrator hat so the team could stay focused on strategy, customers, and growth.

What We Tackled Together

  • Streamlined the entire due‑diligence process with calm, confident coordination.

  • Orchestrated integration planning for a seamless post‑acquisition transition.

  • Owned the details—documents, deadlines, and deliverables—so nothing slipped.

  • Aligned cross‑functional teams and kept everyone moving in the same direction.

  • Served as the operational hub that turned strategy into steady execution.

  • Freed leaders and teams to stay focused on revenue, customers, and momentum.

This strong team approach brought clarity to a naturally stressful time—and even created space to celebrate the milestone.

The Outcome & Why It Mattered

Interloop successfully completed due diligence and met all core integration requirements on time as they joined their new parent company, Atlantic.

A Chief of Staff becomes invaluable during the fast‑paced, high‑stakes environment of an acquisition. They create operational steadiness amid uncertainty—coordinating details, guiding teams, and ensuring leaders can stay focused on the vision instead of the logistics. With the right support, a potentially disruptive chapter becomes a controlled, strategic transition that protects momentum and sets the foundation for the next stage of growth.

And that’s exactly what happened here.

Final Thought

We couldn’t be more thrilled for Interloop as they enter their next chapter with Atlantic. It was an honor to support them through this milestone.

If your team is preparing for scale or navigating a major transition, our fractional services provide the embedded support needed to move forward with clarity and confidence.
